If your students report they have experienced issues with their iPads (at home), have them do the following:
1. Remind your students that the user and password information is user: eusd password: eusd1234
2. Have them clear history and cache on the iPad - Settings/Safari/Clear History and Website Data
3. Power down (press sleep/wake button at the top right of iPad, slide to power off) the iPad, wait 60 seconds, and power the iPad back on.
The aforementioned has corrected a majority of the situations reported.
